Founded in 2019, we are an artisan roastery nestled in the Endless Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania and are passionate about unlocking the essence of the best green coffee beans.
Our specially selected single-origin green coffee beans come from around the globe and are roasted on-site in New Milford. From the farm to the cup. We offer mostly USDA Organic, Fair Trade™, and Bird Friendly®. Bird Friendly® coffees are Certified by SMBC (Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center). Our superior quality green coffee beans yield cupping scores of 80+. We ship to all locations within the Unites States but are not currently exporting to other countries.
SMBC Certification: In 1998, the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center developed the Bird Friendly® coffee program that fosters management practices at coffee farms that are good for birds while remaining marketable. Coffee grown under the program is certified as shade grown and organic, with purchases supporting the conservation of migratory birds.
